So, mom didn't take me to the Castle. I was wrong, I admit. Mom, her boyfriend John, my brother and sister Taylor, John's best friend, and his girl, daughter and son went to Medieval Times. For those of you who don't know, Medieval Times is dinner and torment. Seriously. As the title explains, the staff dresses up as if they lived in Medieval Times, the whole thing is in character, we sit in an arena-like place with a ring in the middle where knights joust and attend medieval games in front of the king, the princess, and us as we eat medieval foods without utensils. It had cost an arm and a leg, but I enjoyed it and I wasn't the one paying so it was worth it! ;)
The girl wasn't so bad. Actually, she's really cool. We took pictures with a knight who threw her a rose during the jousting! She was squinting through the whole show, so it's satisfying to know she's blind as a bat just like moi. I'm so psyched, we might go roller blading together tomorrow, but of course I'd have to ditch ballet. That doesn't bug me much, I know [most of] my entire dance like the back of my hand [not]!
So, I've been dying to try out archery, since I read the Hunger Games which I am crazily obsessed with. Turns out in the state of New York there's no age restriction on owning or shooting a bow. As soon as the weather and time are on my side, I'm going to **try** to visit a nearby shooting range. Now my sister is newly obsessed with archery, like, as of a few hours ago. She's turning a foam sword she got from Medieval Times along with tape, ribbon, and the wooden stick that was the flagpole for my Medieval Times flag into a bow and arrow.
Okay. I'm done for now. A few final thoughts. I can't wait for Xtina's new ALLBBUUUMMM!!!! I'm PRAYING that she'll perform on The Voice!! Today I moved all the pictures from two photo albums to new ones (The old ones were stained after tons of juice, milk, water, soup, and other liquids had fallen on them over the years). TOOK. FOR. EVER. I'm really getting sick of McDonald's breakfast.
Au Revoir

P.S. I'm glad she wasn't a jerk, I doubt I would've had the guts to duff her, anyways. ;)
